There will be no hands on or physical assists during this yoga class and ample variety of pose variations to make the class comfortable for all levels. This is a donation based community class- open to all who want to participate!
The class will be taught by Alison Fox. Alison completed her 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training with Sondra Loring at Sadhana Center for Yoga and Mediation in Hudson.
