Grocery options in Philmont just got better. Starting in June, New Country Value Foods, with the cooperation of the Philmont Community Center, will be delivering to Philmont once a month. This program has been very successful at local schools and organizations. The food co-op will be a great opportunity to meet the food needs of the Village.
Order sheets are available at the Village Office, the Philmont Public Library and the Philmont Community Center, or you can print a copy of the order form. Sheets can be returned to the Village Office, library or the Community Center. You can also order online at the New Country Value Foods website. This month's order should be requested by June 9. Food Pick-up will be on Thursday, June 26, at the Philmont Community Center on Lake Drive from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Payment may be made in cash or by check. Credit card payment is available but arrangements for this type of payment must be made in advance according to the instructions on the order sheet.
