Village Board of Trustees | 2nd Mon @ 7pm at the Village Hall. Board meetings are open to the public. Sign up in advance to speak at meetings by contacting the Village clerk (email [email protected] or phone 518-672-7032) before the office closes at Noon the Friday before the meeting. The Village Hall can be reached via a wheelchair-accessible ramp to the right of the Village Office at 124 Main Street and from an entrance to the second floor on Maple Avenue to the left of the Fire Station doors. Meetings are limited to social distancing regulations and capacity.

Village Board Workshop | 4th Wed @ 7PM, Village Office. Workshops are informal discussions about municipal business. Workshops are open to the public, but participation is limited to the board.

Library Board of Trustees | 1st Wed @6PM, Philmont Library.

Planning Board | 3rd Tue @7PM, Village Hall, during months when there’s business to conduct. (See “Upcoming Meetings” for schedule.)

Zoning Board of Appeals | 2nd Thurs @7PM, Village Hall, during months when there’s business to conduct. (See “Upcoming Meetings” for schedule.)
