Information Session | Become a Homeowner in Philmont | May 8 @ 5:30 pm | Philmont Library

Columbia County Habitat for Humanity will build two new homes on the double lot at 18 Eagle Street in Philmont over the next several months. These heavily subsidized homes will be available for purchase by qualified first-time homeowners. 

Potential candidates are encouraged to attend an information session on Monday, May 8th from 5:30 to 7:00pm at the Philmont Public Library. Attendees will learn how to become a Habitat Partner Family. Pre-registration is required and is limited to the first 30 people. Additional information sessions will be scheduled based upon demand.
