Philmont Library Vegetable Sharing Cooler is open for patrons to take and or donate items from their own garden on Wednesdays and Thursdays at the back door of the library. Contributions of vegetables are made by fellow library patrons and by Annabel’s Victory Garden operated by Philmont Beautification, Inc., located at the Philmont Cooperative.
