Volunteers Mark Rowntree, Lily Hindes, Stefan Ambrose and Debra Gitterman worked in the cold last days of 2022 to rebuild the Summit Lake Dock. Check out the dramatic pics of the results!

The dock rebuild was made possible by a Columbia Land Conservancy’s Municipal Mini-Grant in the amount of $500. Philmont appreciates the Columbia Land Conservancy for their generosity and community-minded programming.

Thanks also to Trustee Gitterman who applied for the grant, Trustee Cropper who proposed the project, and Trustee Ostrander who helped procure materials. he entire board and Mayor Johnson for helping to make this project happen.
