Village Board meetings are held on the second Monday of every month at 7:00 PM at the Philmont Village Hall. Public comment is welcome at village board meetings during the Public Comment portion of the meeting by appointment. To make an appointment to speak at a board meeting, contact the village clerk. The Village Hall can be accessed via a ramp to the right of 124 Main Street and via an the Philmont Fire Station entrance on Maple Avenue (2nd floor).
