Rice+Lipka Architects and Starr Whitehouse Landscape Architects held a third in-person design review at the Philmont Library on August 6, 2024 for residents of Philmont. The design team received additional feedback from the community, the Mayor, and the Village Board and will be incorporating those suggestions in their final designs.
