Are you a property owner in Columbia County, New York looking to build an apartment on your property? RUPCO can help with the Plus One ADU Program!
Join us on Thursday, August 8th at Columbia-Greene Community College to learn how Plus One ADU can provide funds to assist low-moderate income property owners construct or rehab code-compliant accessory dwelling units(ADUs).
GRANTS UP TO $125,000 PER HOUSEHOLD!
In order to be eligible for the program, an applicants household gross income (pre-tax) from all sources must not exceed a certain amount. See this page to check your eligibility.
