Columbia Opportunities, Inc. (COI) Head Start is a comprehensive early childhood development program designed to promote school readiness for young children from low-income families. Our services include education, health, nutrition, and parent involvement to foster the growth and development of the whole child. We serve children from age 3 to 4, providing them with a safe and nurturing environment to learn and grow. We have location in Hudson, Taconic Hills, Philmont, and Valatie.
