There is no USPS mail delivery in Philmont. All USPS mail is received through Post Office boxes at the Philmont Post Office. Free Post Office boxes are generally available to those who live within 1/4 mile of the Post Office and on certain streets. Residents should inquire with the Postmaster.

The Philmont Post Office does not provide passport services. The closest post office that provides passport services is in Hudson. An appointment is needed.

Open Positions: 2 Village Trustees
Doug Cropper is running for re-election. Debra Gitterman is stepping down.
If you want to run for office, pick up a petition at the Village Office.
Petitions with 50 valid signatures are due by February 15th.
Because Saint Patrick's Day falls on Tuesday, elections this year will be held on Wednesday, March 18th.
