Wednesday 6pm | Come Celebrate Library Directory Tobi Farley’s 8 Years of Innovative Service (a going away party for Tobi!)

Philmont Public Library’s Director Tobi Farley greatly expanded the programs and collections available for us, securing many grants and effectively marshaling very limited resources. We’re celebrating her 8 years of innovative service and wish her all the best as Tivoli Free Library’s new Director.
