The Minkler-Seery American Legion meets on the third Wednesday of each month 10:00 am at the Mellenville firehouse.
Board workshops are informal discussions about municipal business held on the 4th Wednesday of every month. Workshops are open to the public, but participation is limited to the board.
Garbage and recycling in Philmont is picked up every Tuesday morning. Garbage and Recycling should be put out at the curb after 7pm the night before pickup or before 7am the day of pickup. If a Holiday falls on regular garbage or recycling days, please see Village Calendar for pick up day.
