What is community solar?

Community solar provides you with the benefits of clean energy without the hassle of a traditional solar panel installation. This program is a Climate Smart Task Force action brought to you by the Village of Philmont in partnership with PowerMarket and EDP Renewables North America (EDPRNA).

The Village of Philmont Community Solar Campaign offers residents an opportunity to save money and support clean energy. Signup is easy and a support team is available to answer any questions. By enrolling, you will:

  • Support clean, renewable energy
  • Help our communities become more energy independent and sustainable
